Connect integrated channels

This page explains how to connect and manage integrated channels from the Connections page in Storyteq CMP. Integrated channels let users publish completed adaptations to, or source assets from, third-party platforms.

You need the Integrations > Manager role to access Connections.

To open the Connections page, select ⚙️ Administration from the bottom-left navigation, then select Connections.

Existing integrated channels are listed on the page. Expand a channel to view its details and management options.

Add a connection

  1. Select + Connect to the right of the search field.

  2. In the Add Connection dialog, select the tab for your use case:

    • Uploading: channels you publish or export content to.

    • Sourcing: channels you import assets from.

  3. Select the channel you want to connect.

  4. Follow the authentication steps for that channel.

Where channels are used

Once connected, an integrated channel becomes available to users when they upload completed adaptations. Users select a channel from the upload dialog, reached from My Content > Completed Digital Adaptations.
