Manage workspace theming and colour schemes

This page explains how to create and manage colour schemes, set the workspace’s default theme, and set the workspace logo and favicon. You manage all three from the Theming menu in Platform Administration.

To open it, select ⚙️ Administration from the bottom-left navigation, then select Theming. The Theming menu has two areas: Workspace Theming and Colour Schemes.

A colour scheme is a named set of colours. Colour Schemes is where you create and manage these schemes; search by name to filter the list. Workspace Theming is where you apply one as the workspace default and set the logo and favicon.

Create a colour scheme

  2. Select Add Colour Scheme.

  3. Enter a name for the scheme, replacing the New Colour Scheme placeholder.

    • Secondary

    • Colour on Secondary

    • Text Colour

    • Background

Default colours are provided, which you can change.

  5. Review the Accessibility Checker as you set the colours.

The checker updates as you change a colour. A double tick indicates a colour combination meets accessibility standards. An ( ! ) marker indicates a combination that does not; select it to view the details of the failure.

  6. To preview the scheme before saving, turn on the preview toggle. The colour changes preview live across the platform.

  7. Save the colour scheme.

The scheme is added to the list on the Colour Schemes page.
